There has been a lot of unpleasant achievement hunting, so it's possible it was an attempt to get one. It did, so maybe someone from the other side was told it would work and passed that on. [ neatly writes ichiban's name on a tag and pops it into the soil. ] Or they're just throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks.
