A little. I sometimes helped the overseers with their garden, back in Scawwy.

[ there are some mixed feelings about that, too. but she picks up a tool and starts helping with the pruning. ]

What were the overseers like?

[ the plants are thriving, here. there's also the memorial garden, which looks freshly turned and tended to.

the status updates haven't reflected the changes to it yet but there's plots for everyone who has died. except scaramouche, who just has a scribbled sign. ]

You may have met one of them. Essek. And then there was Muelsyse... She's an elf, too. She's a very fun person to be around.

And then there's Scien... [ there's no hiding the immense fondness she feels here. ] He's a very egotistical and insensitive person.

I didn't get to speak to Essek before his death, actually. A regret, and though texting is an option it's a little impersonal.

You've come to know a few elves over your experiences here. [ what an interesting combination of words and emotions, though. ] Despite you describing him this way, you like him that much?

I... got in a lot of trouble, before, but he was always there to help me. I was able to ask him for advice on things I couldn't talk to anyone else about, or he'd offer a shoulder to cry on...

[ a little embarrassed at that. but fond. ]

And... he offered to help me with some of my problems at home, too. He's a little too aware of it, but he is a brilliant scientist.
